Nature of the service

FandomOdds is a non-monetary fandom prediction and discussion platform. It is not a betting or gambling product. There are no real-money stakes, no cryptocurrency, no deposits, no withdrawals, and no cash prizes. Reputation points and badges are community-only signals and have no monetary value, cannot be sold for cash, and are not transferable as property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse others. You will not post illegal content, sexual content involving minors, credible threats, or instructions for serious self-harm. You will not spam, scrape in violation of our technical limits, or attempt to compromise the service or other accounts.

You must respect copyright: do not upload full copyrighted scans, pirated files, or links whose primary purpose is infringement. Short quotations and transformative discussion are encouraged; piracy is not.

Predictions and markets

Predictions and markets exist for entertainment and community discussion only. Outcomes and resolutions are community- or host-defined and are not financial, legal, or professional advice.

Moderation

Operators and designated admins may remove or restrict content, markets, and accounts — including warnings, temporary suspensions, and bans — to protect users and comply with law. Automated systems may flag content for review; they do not replace human judgment for serious sanctions.
